• Pool heat: $350; not available July/August. Regarding Pool Heaters, please note that pool water temperatures will not rise more than 20 degrees above the average air temperature (average nighttime low and daytime high).

• Hot tub: Open year-round.
• Gas fireplace dates: Mid-October through the end of March.
• Approximately 135 ft to the beach access.
• Smoke-Free.
• Dog-friendly, maximum of 2 dogs, no puppies.
• RVs, trailers, and U-Hauls are prohibited in Ocean Sands.
• Family groups only! Parents, siblings, Aunts/Uncles, grandparents, cousins, and friends.
• Absolutely no non-family groups. College groups, high school civic groups, and other groups under 25 are prohibited.

All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
