An inviting decor created to complement lakeside living and family fun includes 5 cable TV's (including a Sony 52' HDTV and Blu-Ray with surround sound on main level plus HDTV, DVD, VHS and Nintendo downstairs), a fully-equipped kitchen and utility room, a game room complete with a ping-pong table and numerous board games, outdoor swing, wood burning fireplace and a stainless grill. Neighborhood amenities include a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, Olympic sized swimming pool, exercise room in the club house, private 50 acre lakeside park with picnic tables, play ground equipment, basketball court, boat ramps, fuel dock, the Pier floating restaurant, and plenty of beautiful oak trees and deer.
