Spend an afternoon sipping fresh coffee on the porch or head out to explore the shore and venture around downtown Astoria!

- No smoking of any kind inside our home, on the front porch, and in most of the yard. Please confine your smoking to the area around the mailbox
- Dog friendly w/ $50 fee (+ fees & taxes, maximum 1 dog allowed, no cats allowed)
- No events, parties or large gatherings. Due to the quiet location and out of respect for tenants & neighbors, loud parties are not permitted

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: This property may not be suitable for small children
- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
- NOTE: A long-term tenant resides in the lower level unit. Please be respectful of them and observe the quiet hours noted above
- NOTE: Other than accessing the entries to the unit, the backyard is only available to the long-term tenant. You can use the front yard & side areas to relax, walk your dog, etc
- NOTE: The maximum occupancy is 6 people. This includes daytime & nighttime guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will not be permitted and can result in fines or eviction
- NOTE: This single-story apartment requires the use of an exterior staircase to enter and steep interior stairs to access the 2nd-floor unit. You can avoid the second set of stairs by entering through the back door. We recommend you use the front door when you first arrive, & then find the back door to use when hauling in your luggage
- NOTE: This property does not offer air conditioning; however, several box fans are provided
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is at the front door and faces the front entrance and porch. Camera 2 is at the back door facing the entry steps. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. Both cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: One of the showers is temporarily unavailable for use
