Description

Indian Pass is one of the last remote places on the Florida coast. This property is large 125' beach frontage plus an additional 200'+ that is not occupied. It is over 500' deep. The house sits above a major sand dune giving the height for awesome views of both the Gulf of Mexico and of St. Vincent Island, a private government island. Sun bathing, beach walking, and fishing plus exploring the area all make it a quiet, private, and romantic place that will rejuvenate you. Sound good?
