Escape to the serene retreat of the 45th Place Beach House, managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals on the Washington Coast. Nestled near historic Seaview, this charming vacation home offers an array of modern amenities amidst coastal beauty. Relax on expansive decks, soak in the private hot tub, or take a leisurely stroll to the beach through native pines and dune grass. With room for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, including bunk beds for the little ones, and a fully fenced yard, this property is perfect for families. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen, recreation room with pool and ping pong tables, and outdoor entertainment options. Beach Access:
• 10-minute walk down a private trail to the beach (note: path may be impassable in winter)
• 20-minute walk to downtown Long Beach or 3-minute drive
Pets:
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• We allow up to 4 dogs
• One Medium/Large Dog Crate, One Dog Bed, two dog bowls, and blankets are available.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
Parking:
• Parking for up to 6 cars, four in the driveway and two more in front of the vacation rental.
• Space to park a boat or trailer in the driveway or front of the home.
• 110v trickle charge outlet outside. No extension cord is provided.
• No garage
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
• Baby amenities include a Pack' n Play, high chair, booster seat, stroller, beach wagon, baby bath, and plastic serving dishes.
