The Guest House features two beautifully appointed apartments connected by an outdoor staircase. Upstairs, revel in stunning ocean views from the living room and spacious deck, while downstairs boasts an open floor plan with a recreation room, pool table, and Xbox One for entertainment. With two fully-equipped kitchens, two dining areas, and two comfortable living spaces, Knole Guest House promises relaxation and adventure for up to ten guests. Don't miss the mesmerizing ocean vista from the south-facing porch, with the distant North Head Lighthouse completing the picture-perfect setting.
Beach Access:
• 5-minute walk to the beach
• Beach access is available through the backyard, shared with Knole House.
Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to four well-behaved dogs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Medium/Large dog crate, dishes, and blankets provided and located in the downstairs unit next to the couch.
Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• Space to park boat or trailer
• No Garage parking
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: Pack N' Play, high chair, and plastic serving dishes available.
