Welcome to Surfview 1, your gateway to coastal bliss on the Washington Coast, expertly managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals. Nestled amidst the beauty of the ocean, this dog-friendly haven offers comfortable lodging for up to 6 guests, ensuring a memorable retreat.
Surfview 1 is just one jewel in a trio of spectacular homes. Collectively, they accommodate up to 26 guests and are perfect for reunions, weddings, or corporate retreats. Set on a sprawling three-acre oceanfront expanse, prepare to be captivated by the awe-inspiring vistas.
Recently renovated, Surfview 1 boasts modern comforts, including a newly added Game Room in the basement for endless entertainment. NOTE: The basement is only accessible through the outside porch and stairs. A brand new hot tub has also been added to the outdoor space, perfect for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. With a private beach path mere steps away and downtown Long Beach within easy reach, convenience meets luxury here.
Outside, shared amenities abound, from sand volleyball to cozy fire pits and a Rainbow Playset for the little ones. Embrace the coastal charm at Surfview 1—book now for an unforgettable Washington Coast experience.
Beach Access:
• Short walk to the beach on a private path
• Two miles to downtown Long Beach
Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to 5 well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Dog bed, Dog Crate, and dog dishes available
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• Space to park boat or trailer in the grass
• No garage
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.

• You can also book Surfview 1, Surfview 2, and Surfview 3 to sleep up to 26 TOTAL people. Additional rent fees apply for each home. The three homes are on the same property and managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals.
