Description
Riverfront Park features twenty-six acres of ground and eleven acres of water. R Campground is only 8 tenths of a mile downstream from the Riverfront Park. R Campground Inc. is a privately owned and operated campground. It was established in November 1999 with the sole intention of filling a need for a recreational camping area in the Charles City area. The campground covers approximately 18 acres along the Cedar River and contains an additional 3 acre pond. The campground offers two tetherball areas, sand volleyball, horseshoes, fishing, laundromat, showerhouse, playground, and more!
