Bedrooms:
Cozy king-size (1.80 x 2.00 m) double beds with comfortable mattresses and high-quality 1.55 x 2.10 m duvets.

Each bedroom features a closet and access to the balcony.

Cozy living room with a huge (sleeper) sofa.

The adjoining dining area features a large dining table with ample seating.
The highlight is the central tiled stove with a bench.
Access to the balcony from the living room and bedroom; the balcony is equipped with a long bench, seat cushions, a parasol, and two chairs (west-facing).

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with a window and natural light.
New Bosch refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, stovetop, and microwave.

Coffee B coffee maker (starter set of coffee pods included).
Spices and kitchen utensils: Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, dishcloths, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish brush, and paper towels included.
Dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and glasses for beer, wheat beer, wine, water, tea, coffee, and schnapps. A wine cooler, waiter’s knife, and bottle opener are also provided.

Smoke detectors in all relevant rooms.
Laundry room with a new AEG washing machine and AEG dryer available for free use. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
