Our home is located right on the river in beautiful New Braunfels, giving you easy access to floating, kayaking, and relaxing by the water. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the lively Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, and historic Gruene, known for its live music, shopping, and dining. The area is family-friendly yet full of activities for all ages, from tubing and brewery tours to boutique shops and great local restaurants.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balcony, and outdoor spaces. The backyard offers direct river access for kayaking, floating, or simply relaxing by the water. Convenient self check-in is provided via smart lock, and parking is available across the street.

The home is best accessed by car, with parking available across the street. Downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, and local attractions are just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but may be limited during peak times.

🐾 Pet Policy
Dogs only (sorry, no cats) – maximum of 2 per booking, with fees.
Pets must remain off all beds, furniture, and blankets; fines may apply for violations.
Dogs must always:
Be leashed outside
Stay within the property boundaries
Wear collar with ID and rabies tag
Be well-behaved and non-aggressive
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Non-refundable pet fees/deposits apply. Unregistered pets will incur additional charges.
