The Hotel Areca is housed in a contemporary corner property built in 2005 situated in the town of Torrellano three miles from the beaches of Elche. This property is just two miles from General Universitario de Elche Hospital and seven miles from the Alicante City Centre. Alicante old town and the palm grove gardens a UNESCO world heritage site can be found eight miles away and Alicante Airport is less than two miles away. Guests can pamper themselves in the hotels spa center which includes a sauna and a hot tub. Fitness enthusiasts can make use of the indoor pool and gym equipment. The Carabi restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes in a light airy room with picture windows that opens onto a terrace for outdoor dining while Cafe Areca serves a wide range of drinks and snacks in a contemporary setting. Complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby and the hotels contemporary public areas are equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
