Welcome to your perfect family getaway! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs condo at The Ocean Inn offers an ideal retreat for those seeking a peaceful and unforgettable vacation. Its elevated position provides stunning natural light and gorgeous views, including a front-row seat to the breathtaking Lowcountry sunsets.
The condo’s coastal-inspired décor is bright, fun, and relaxed—setting the perfect mood for unwinding. Step into the spacious living area where you can relax with your favorite shows on the large TV with Comcast cable, or stay connected with the included Wi-Fi. The window view showcases the sparkling pool, nestled between the lush palm trees and vibrant greenery, providing the perfect backdrop for your vacation. Parents can cool off in the comfort of the air-conditioned space while the kids enjoy some poolside fun.
This unique, split-level unit has character that’s hard to match, with the kitchen, bedroom, and bath elevated a few steps above the living area. The layout is due to the historical nature of the original building and the additions made to it in the 70s. It is thought that the original building was an old trolley stop with rooms for rent, located elsewhere on the island and moved here to create the Inn. We do know, from the original floor plans of the building, that the original floor plan looked almost nothing like it does now. Thus, small bedrooms and stairs in places one wouldn't expect but lots of character!
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops, offering a great spot for family meals. It comes complete with all the essentials: a full-sized fridge, pots and pans, utensils, and plenty of dishware. For your convenience, there’s a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. While we stock the basics like salt and pepper, feel free to bring along any specialty spices to make your meals extra special.
Each bedroom is cozy yet comfortable, featuring a queen bed, bedside tables with lighting, and a small closet for your belongings. The bathroom offers a tub and shower combination, plus a granite countertop with a convenient storage shelf just outside for your bathroom essentials.
The Ocean Inn property adds to the relaxation with amenities like a pool, two communal grills, and ample parking. Shared laundry facilities are also available just steps away, though don’t forget to bring quarters (we’ll remind you before your stay)!

PLEASE NOTE THESE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS:
**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance
