      Great location

      Sunset Surf motel is right across from the long sandy beach, which humans, dogs, and horses share peacefully. Depending on the weather the sunsets and stars at night are wonderful. Basic room - very clean, sliding doors facing the ocean, basic amenities plus mini kitchen and gas fireplace. Don't expect AC or dog goodies basket but does have lawn area for poop (please pick up). Staff were very pleasant

      Motel is dated but friendly staff and welcoming to our dog!

      Basic & Cozy

      Location & access to beach is perfect. Room had a cozy feeling with the gas fireplace. A little worn and dated with very firm and flat pillows, but location makes up for it. Workers were helpful and friendly. Great food and shops within 5 minutes walk, especially a GREAT dog store called Four Paws On The Beach.
