Set on 1000 acres of parkland at the foot of the Pentland Hills, Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club was originally built in 1724 and is located approximately three miles from Edinburgh International Airport and six miles from central Edinburgh. Hotel amenities include the two golf courses that were designed by James Braid in 1927 and 1935. The championship East Course played host to the Solheim Cup and Scottish Seniors Open. Dining is available at the award-winning Pentland Restaurant or the informal Long Weekend Cafe/Bar. Leisure facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, health and beauty salon, solarium, tennis courts, and gymnasium with professional fitness instructors. The hotel also offers room service, valet laundry service, concierge assistance, and a golf and leisure shop.
