Suite Dreams Inn by the Beach is a 5 unit property in a quiet Old Town neighborhood. They are a few blocks from the beach and a half mile from Duval Street and the Southernmost Point. Their property is unique and considered a home away from home for their regular guests. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Please inform Villa Cristiano in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Elegancia Vacation Rentals LLC (dba) The Maruca Group will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of $15000 is required. The host charges this 30 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
