Overview The Captain Morse House, at the corner of Morse and North Water streets, is one of Edgartown's finest homes. This exquisitely detailed home is perfect for your dream vineyard vacation.The home features eleven bedrooms and seven baths on three floors, a formal living room and dining room, two family room/game rooms, and two new gourmet kitchens all tastefully decorated with period furnishings and artwork. The home has new central air-conditioning, heat and hot water systems and appliances.Outside on the North Water side facing the water are two spacious porches with partial water views of Edgartown Harbor. There is a large dock at the end of Morse Street that you can walk out on. Their backyard is one of the most spacious and safe in town and featur Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 10:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Your payment confirmation e-mail will provide contact information for the professional property manager. IMPORTANT: The property manager will provide you with a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to guarantee your reservation. The property manager will also provide you with information on optional services that may be available, with instructions regarding how to access your vacation rental upon arrival and information on pet charges if you are bringing a pet to a unit designated as Pet Friendly. Please note credit cards will be charged for the full amount immediately upon receipt of reservation. Charge will appear on your credit card statement as VacayHome Connect. Cancellation penalties apply. Fee listed as Service Charge or a Destination Fee is actually a Booking Fee assessed by the Property Manager. Fee listed as Tourism Fee is actually a Damage Protection Waiver which provides you with limited coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property. For certain resorts, a fee labeled Resort Fee has been included which covers a parking pass for the community. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
