Hotel Relais II Chiostro di Pienza is situated right in the heart of Pienza, the ideal renaissance city desired by local boy made good Pope Pius II, otherwise known as Enea Silvio Piccolimini. The hotel is an 15th century convent with spectacular views over the Orcia Valley in the province of Siena in south Tuscany. One can consider the Pienza as a tranquil base to discover such towns in the territory as Montepulciano, Cortona, Montalcino, Chianciano, and the thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni. The hotel can arrange both conferences and wedding receptions on the ground floor of the old cloisters. Breakfast served in the terrace garden with the Val d'Orcia. All guests should enjoy a meal at the Restaurant La Terrazza del Chiostro, which specializes in refined interpretations of traditional regional dishes to be enjoyed with the large selection of world-class wines.
