Description
Located on Lake Summit, this lakefront 1920s cottage can accommodate eight guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests have access to the entire 1,900 sq. ft. cottage, boathouse, courtyard and fenced yards during their stay. A 20 ft. pontoon boat is also available for rent, and guests may make arrangements to bring their own boat with prior notice. Amenities include a full gourmet kitchen, dining space for ten, six smart TVs, DirecTV, a Playstation 3, surround sound, game library, decks on the main house and boathouse, kayaks and a courtyard with a chimenea with outdoor fireplace. Bed and bath linens are provided; towels are available for lake use, but guests are responsible for laundering lake towels before the end of their stay. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 11 am.
