This new California Spanish luxury villa is situated on its multi-acre private property with private tennis and pickleball court, pool, spa and fruit orchard. The luxury home has four en suite bedrooms and an additional open 2nd floor loft room that is used as a lounge and sleeping area. There are also five full bathrooms as well as a powder bathroom. Our luxury home is a new construction and uses only the finest designer furnishings with custom craftsmanship found throughout the house. The luxury home, along with its chef ready kitchen, is an absolute designers dream. This is truly one of the most amazing and tranquil properties in the La Quinta / Coachella / Palm Springs / Palm Desert / Indian Wells Tennis Garden areas and its mountain views are absolutely breathtaking . Guests are met at the property upon arrival by our property manager for a meet and greet to familiarize guests with the property and its many features and amenities. In-stay cleanings and private chef cooking services are also available to guests.
Guests can truly spread their wings and relax at our meticulously landscaped private estate with its amazing mountain views and beyond tranquil setting. The property is located in one of the most desirable and visually stunning areas in the desert cities. It is very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, a quick drive to the Coachella Music Festival fields and an easy car ride to Palm Springs and surrounding casinos. The property and its huge grass and orchard filled yard is all privately owned and is not on a golf course.
Our luxury home has an expansive and wide open living room, dining room and bar area with an open 2nd floor loft above the living room. Chef's will rejoice stepping into the home's wide open and fully stocked gourmet kitchen which also includes its oversized Sub-Zero refrigerator, several ice makers and a walk-in pantry. The four bedrooms are all en suite and have been designed with sheer and blackout curtains as well as beautiful reclaimed wood flooring. Each bathroom is unique with its own hand painted tile and all with walk in showers. Beds in the en suite bedrooms include 1 California King, 1 King, and 3 Queen. The loft includes 1 Full size lounge bed and 2 Full size couch beds.
Our beautiful kept and absolutely tranquil property enjoys its own private tennis court with two professional automatic tennis ball machines also available for guest use. The property enjoys its own private pool and spa along with fruit orchards and a tree house. A Sonos music system is also available for guest use to listen to music inside the house as well as outside for poolside enjoyment. We provide most all yard games including cornhole, ping pong ball, ladderball, washer toss, tennis racquets and balls, volleyballs, soccer balls, basketballs, footballs, bocce ball, horseshoes, wiffleball, croquet, and badminton. Home gym fitness equipment includes stairmaster elliptical, stationary bicycle, dumbbell and curl bar free weights with bench, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Pool float rafts and noodles are provided along with many poolside loungers and shade umbrellas. Guests can play, entertain and relax to their hearts content at our amazing property.
Our luxury home looks out over its private acre plus grass backyard for playing football, volleyball, and yard games as well as chipping golf balls for non stop fun with family and friends. There are absolutely stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains from all the rooms inside the house as well as from the pool and spa areas, from the tennis court and from all around the grounds of the property.
Our luxury property has its own private fruit orchards that provide our guests with fresh hand picked grapefruit, oranges, limes, tangelos, apples, lemons, figs and kumquats. The grapefruits and tangelos are amazing when squeezed for juice using our juice squeezers that we keep in our kitchen.
Our luxury villa estate is a fantastic getaway for all families, friends and couples and can comfortably accommodate 10 adults plus children.

El Paseo drive in Palm Desert - This is the Rodeo Drive of the desert! El Paseo has the best shopping and many of the best restaurants in all of the desert cities and is great for walking along and checking out all the amazing high end retail shops and art galleries along this amazing mile of walking, dining and shopping!
There are many local shopping areas for supermarkets, coffee/tea, as well as restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also great local spas nearby when you really feel the need to be treated like royalty!
The always spectacular Indian Wells Tennis Garden is home to the annual BNP Parabis Open Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells each year.
The Living Desert zoo is our remarkable zoo and botanical garden. The walking zoo features over 450 wild animals and great activities for families and children of all ages.
You can take a hike to the top of Eisenhower Mountain Monument via the four mile round trip trail through the nature preserve with a trail that starts near The Living Desert zoo.
Our luxury home is just minutes away from the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals at the Coachella Polo Fields as well as being near the annual mens and womens professional golf tournaments held each year in the desert valley.
Several local casinos with music/concert venues are also just minutes away!
The always impressive Palm Springs Air Museum is located at the Palm Springs airport and is only a short drive from the property. The Air Museum exhibits, preserves and flies aircraft from World War II and later periods.
The breathtaking Palm Springs Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs is also just a short half hour drive from the property. This rotating tram travels 2.5 miles up the granite cliffs into the wild wilderness of the San Jacinto State Park.
Joshua Tree National Park is a must visit about an hour from the property and is an absolutely fabulous day trip!
