Our lovely, pet-friendly home has four attractive bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is great for a family vacation! Relax in comfort with central heating and air conditioning.

Offering easy access to several beaches and trails, this property is a great launching point for your next getaway!
We have towels and sheets available for your use, or you may bring your own. We have a washer and dryer, and we would ask that you wash, dry, and fold any of our linens you use. We will be happy to arrange for you to rent linens for $35/person.

During your downtime, head down to the basement and challenge your companions to a game of Foosball, ping pong, pool or air hockey.
Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!
A large backyard allows plenty of room for the young ones to get out and play, while the adults prepare a barbecue on the outdoor grill.
Enjoy a game of corn hole or watching an evening game of volleyball in the large back yard.
After a day of activities, you’ll look forward to relaxing in one of the 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms each feature plush queen beds. The upstairs bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, a bunk bed, and two twin beds.
Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite ocean side National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing!
Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many wonderful bayside beaches are nearby for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.
Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls.
Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.
