Open with large kitchen. 1900sqft of recently renovated home. Tile and hardwood floors everywhere. Each room has power strips to run your electronics. Kitchen is appointed with all items needed to cook and entertain.
We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.
Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
access is granted to the whole house. fully appointed kitchen makes cooking meals simple and easy. each bed has a power strip near by to power all of your electronics. super speed internet capable of streaming is included as well. limited cable is available for local channels and starz movies available in the living room.
Orignal hardwood floors through out the home, Tile in the wet areas, Laminate flooring in the living room and master bedroom. Perfect for work crews that understand the importance of smoking only outside the home. Circular driveway for easy exits and entries with trailers. Concrete pad located behind a chainlink gate and fence suitable for parking boats or equipment.
Home is located deep in heart of a residential area. A car is highly recommended. Orange park is a bedroom community south of Jacksonville. We get several requests for driving distance determinations to many venues.
traffic patterns vary greatly. For this reason we recommend you use a mapping program and map from your location to saint johns country day school in orange park. that will give an idea of distances:

approximately 30 min to downtown jacksonville
approximately 15 min to nas jax

Cancellation policies on this site that favor the guest shall override this overlay for cancellations prior to check-in; after check-in, cancelling remaining nights results in 100% nightly rate refund ONLY starting the 5th booked night after cancellation.

Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property). Do not obstruct or otherwise hinder team members, and take special care to supervise pets during the course of service.
