Description
Located on a tidal creek, this pet-friendly 700 sq. ft. studio can accommodate three guests with a Queen bed and couch. Guests have access to the studio, the breezeway connecting the unit to the main house which includes a patio table and charcoal grill, and the hammock area next to the creek. The apartment includes bed and bath linens, a small stove, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, dishes, and pots and pans. Three sports chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and coolers are available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 11 am.
