Located in exclusive Hatteras Island Estates steps from the beach, this 5,800 sq. ft. premier home boasts gorgeous ocean views, spacious rooms, and top of the line furnishings, finishes, amenities and features including an outdoor entertainment area, private swimming pool, game room, theater room, den, elevator, handicap friendly features and much more.
Start your vacation off right by loading the all-level elevator with your bags and groceries to make unloading a breeze, then take a dip in the private swimming pool or relax in the nearby hot tub. The pool is surrounded by lounges and chairs and offers a poolside grilling area and outdoor entertainment area with seating. The area is shaded beneath the home for protection from the sun and enjoyment even in inclement weather. Two outdoor showers with enclosed changing areas are conveniently nearby.
Step up onto the 1st level deck for the screened-in oceanfront bar where every seat has an ocean view! Reach-through access into the game room wet bar makes serving drinks and snacks simple and fun. Enter the game room through the sliders for a game of pool or foosball, or relax in front of the large screen TV. An adjacent den provides another seating area with TV. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
