This completely remodeled, former country music Hall Of Famer’s home is nestled on a large wooded lot. We are essentially a small resort.
This home has so many amenities - two hot tubs, two swimming pools, a large arcade room with 20+ games, two outdoor firepits, large putt putt area,sand volleyball court and much more. Guests have expressed that they did not have to leave the property because there was so much to do
Events, however, are not allowed according to Airbnb's policy (8/2020).

This is a furnished house on 1.8 acres. This is a family friendly place. The owner lives in a separate facility on the property and monitors property activity. Owner will not be coming into your rented space.

-PETS: Pets allowed if house-broken, washed weekly and before they arrive. Pets should never be allowed on the furniture or beds. If you leave, please crate the pet. Please try to respect other neighbors by keeping outside noise levels to a minimum. $200 non-refundable pet fee required for one to three pets. No more than 3 pets allowed.
-Fully furnished with, bed sheets and covers, bath towels, cabana pool towels, window coverings, living room furniture, kitchen table and chairs, night stand, lamps, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, kitchen utensils, big yard.
-We don't mind interacting but definitely can give you privacy.
-You can't beat the neighborhood. It's convenient to EVERYTHING! Super desirable area of Nashville including the historic Antique area. Good location to everything while still living in the best up-scale part of Nashville/Rivergate. Established safe community with no through traffic. The wildlife in the neighborhood include wild turkey and deer in abundance
-Public Transportation: Within a mile from the home - walking distance.
-Uber and Lyft service this area for downtown Nashville and airport
-CANCELLATION POLICY:
Strict: For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing's local check in time. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Guests will have access to the entire 4-bedroom home and amenities.
Our home is located in a quiet subdivision with large lots. There is not through access, so traffic in this subdivision is minimal with just people who live here or are visiting. Great neighborhood for taking a walk or jog.
Enjoy plenty of hot water for showers with a tankless water heater.
