Located six miles outside of downtown Fredericksburg, this suite is part of the Historic Rocky Cottage, a complex of five suites that can be rented separately or together (please contact Vacasa for more details). You'll be right in the middle of the famed Highway 290 Wine Trail, Six Shooter Cellars (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) and less than one mile from Alexander Vineyards and Rancho Ponte Vineyards.
With vaulted ceilings, exposed beam walls, and a lovely stone fireplace, this suite is full of Texas Hill Country charm. Take a seat in the rocking chair as you browse the WiFi or watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV.
Wake up to freshly brewed coffee each morning and use the microwave to prepare additional treats. Just outside your front door, you'll also have access to a shared courtyard with beautiful shade trees, a waterfall feature, and live music performances on most Saturday afternoons.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
