Located in the tranquil hills of Wimberley, Texas, the 3-bedroom Whispering Ridge Ranch House is the perfect escape for families and couples alike. With stunning hill country views, this spacious ranch house offers an abundance of activities and fun for all its guests. Sleep up to 8 people in comfort as you enjoy the serenity of the hill country. Take a dip in the swimming pool or relax in the hot tub.The large patio deck is ideal for outdoor gatherings and the pool house adds to the fun with a pool table and full kitchen. Once the sun sets, gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and watch the stars twinkle in the dark sky. Whispering Ridge is a magical place that will leave you wanting to come back for more.

Guests will find plenty of options for sleeping. The first bedroom is a master suite furnished with a king-size bed, sitting area with spectacular hill country views. A master bath with soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower make for an easy space to tidy up. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and bath with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. Fun and play will be had by all in the third bedroom/game room located on the second floor. With 4 twin beds and a spacious game room to include a flat-screen TV, a poker table, and bar, this room is sure to be a hit!
With an open space concept, the kitchen offers a clean and bright area with plenty of counter space with all the appliances needed to prepare family favorites. The living/dining room is perfect for entertaining, with its open concept, offering rustic charm, with cowhide and deer accents. Gather at the formal dining area with seating for 8, perfect for large families and small parties alike. Find a bonus space in the Pool House! Located down stairs, guests will find a great space to chill out after a long day of fun in the sun! With a foxy feel, the space offers a full kitchen, a lounging area with two comfortable sofas, pool table, and washing machine and dryer.
The outdoor space offers a wrap-around porch perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while taking in the views. Find an oasis in the backyard, an inviting, grotto style swimming pool with waterfall, a roomy hot tub, plenty of lounging furniture to bask in the sun, and 8 beautiful acres to explore. Spend days lounging poolside and evenings stargazing in the relaxing hot tub. For those chefs in the group grill up favorites on the propane grill and dine al fresco under the stars.
Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, Wimberley is a charming town with plenty of attractions to explore. From the lively Wimberley Market Days to the Cypress Falls Swimming Hole, there's something for everyone. Spend a day at Wimberley Zipline Adventures and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Don't forget to visit the Cypress Creek Nature Preserve and Pioneer Town, where you can take a step back in time and explore the historical sites. After a day of sightseeing, stop by The Leaning Pear or Chill's On The Creek for a delicious meal. For a quick snack, try a sandwich or wrap from Wimberley Cafe. Whatever your preference, you'll find plenty to enjoy in Wimberley.
Looking for an outing for the day? Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon on the water. Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater for an outdoor concert! Explore New Braunfels and Gruene and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music. A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun. Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park. Visit the over 240 shops at the San Marcos Outlet for an endless day of shopping.
Blanco has several popular attractions for outdoorsmen, historians, and foodies. Blanco State Park offers fishing, swimming, and hiking. For those interested in the historical Old West, The Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale Brewing Company offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience.
Further down the road, spend the day exploring Fredericksburg. Travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries, all within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches.
