ARRANGEMENTS
Sleeping arrangements include the primary bedroom with a king bed upstairs and a twin daybed in the loft adjacent to the primary bedroom, two additional bedrooms each with queen beds on the main level, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests.

Experience the charm of Treasure Island, with its pedestrian beach, private boat launch, community fishing pier, and nearby amenities. Please note, swimming near the San Luis Pass is not advised, but you can enjoy the canal in front of the house or the Gulf side beach.

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 5pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 10am on the date of your departure. An early check-in or late check-out may be requested and are subject to availability.

Treasure Island at The San Luis Pass is the perfect getaway for those seeking natural beauty and a break from the hustle and bustle of commercialized areas. With its reputation as a saltwater fishing hotspot, The San Luis Pass has access to both bay and the deep waters of The Gulf of Mexico for exceptional fishing. So whether you are coming for fishing or fun in the sun you will experience the stunning sunrises and sunsets, so it's no wonder people flock there for some quality time with friends and family. Enjoy the community access to the miles of beautiful beaches on Follett's Island. Find your spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire. Access to the available community boat launch is available upon request or fish from the bulkhead or walk to the community fishing pier just 2 streets down. Some much to do, so little time!
AREA:
La Perla is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end, as well as just a short drive from the heart of Galveston Island's activities, so it offers a nice balance of relaxation and access to amenities and attractions.

Do you want to make your vacation extra special? Reach out and we can assist in helping you book chartered fishing adventures, golf cart or kayak rentals, onsite massage, or your family picture session! Mid-stay partial or full cleanings may be available for an additional charge if desired, and are subject to availability.
All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. Our home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay, ensuring the property is ready for you and your guests. In addition, our home features luxury hotel-quality 100% cotton sateen sheets, bedding, and bath towels. You will also receive a starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable!
PET POLICY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs will be considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.
Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance.
*NOTE: Minimum age for rental is 28 and the person making the reservation must be staying at the property during the duration of the stay. Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of Guests allowed on property at any time. Thank you.
At the time of booking you will receive a rental agreement that will be required to be completed and returned along with a photo copy of driver's license or state issued identification card.
