Knole House, a dog-friendly haven, invites you to experience coastal elegance like never before. With panoramic ocean views and meticulous craftsmanship evident in every detail, this 4-bedroom beauty accommodates up to 10 guests. Beach Access:
• 5-minute walk to the beach
• Beach access is available through the backyard, shared with Knole Guest House.
Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to four well-behaved dogs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Dog beds, large crates, extra large crates, leashes, and blankets are available for dogs in the game room.
Parking:
• Parking for up to 4 cars
• Space to park boat or trailer
• No garage access
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: Pack N' Play, Crib, 2 high chairs, 2 baby gates, and plastic serving dishes available.

• Bedroom 3: Second Floor - King bed and one-fold flat leather sofa (full). Sleep up to 4 in this room. Incredible 180-degree ocean views. 55" Roku TV (2nd floor)
• Bedroom 4: Second Floor over Rec Room - 4 Twin pillow-top beds
Bathrooms:
• 1st floor: Connected to Bedroom 1 and Entry Way: large tiled walk-in shower, Double Vanity, toilet is separate from shower area with its own sink
• 1st floor: 1/2 bath off the kitchen
• 2nd floor: Connected to Bedroom 2, which has a jetted tub with an ocean view, plus a separate stand-in shower. Single Vanity.
