This beautiful holiday home is ideally set in a very quiet street with no passing traffic, and only a short walk to the front beach, Woolworths and our local eateries, the Independant Wine store and many other fabulous places
Our beach home sits on a block just under 1000 sq. metres, most of which is the fully fenced back yard, ideal for children and pets to play in, whilst keeping your mind at ease.
Split system A/C in lounge room and also in 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave etc. Large lounge area with top quality entertainment system, separate dining area that seats 10 and enough crockery and cutlery to set the whole table.
Outdoor entertaining area: With BBQ, outdoor setting, umbrella etc. Shaded areas and fantastic lawn space for that game of cricket!

We are truly dog friendly, your pups are welcome indoors and are going to love the YEAR ROUND off lead dog friendly beach only 2 blocks away and the huge fully fenced back yard with plenty of room for sniffing, snuffling, digging and they come back in through doggy door and snuggle down. treat our house like your house, and enjoy a break with all the family!

CONDITIONS/EXCLUSIONS:
