House is fully disinfected and sanitised after each visit. All linen is washed in 60 degree water which kills Covid19.

~3 bedrooms (2 with built in robes) featuring 2 queen beds & 1 set of bunks. All bedrooms have French doors leading to patio.
~Both queen rooms have electric blankets. All beds have pure cotton doonas and pure woolen blankets and clock radios
~All linen provided including sheets, blankets, doonas and pillows
~Magnificent outdoor living area for you and your pets including outdoor setting for 6, undercover kennel, gas barbecue, relaxing water feature as well as a yoga/meditation area

MELBOURNE CUP WEEKEND & EASTER IS ALWAYS A 4 NIGHT MINIMUM BOOKING.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
MORE THAN 21 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO OCCUPATION =FULL REFUND IF ALTERNATIVE BOOKING FOUND
UP TO 7 DAYS - DEPOSIT RETAINED
LESS THAN 7 DAYS INCLUDING NO SHOW= FULL PAYMENT
FURRY FRIENDS: PLEASE ENSURE ALL PETS' VACCINATIONS ARE CURRENT DOGS ALLOWED INSIDE BUT NOT ON BEDS & SOFAS.
