This exclusive 4 star holiday home will enchant you with its generosity. The large property with the wonderful unobstructed view, the perfect location for hikes and activities and the wonderful facilities meet all requirements for a relaxing holiday.
Not only is there enough space for family and friends in the over 40 m² living and dining area, but also a cozy fireplace, which exudes a very special warmth. The underfloor heating on the ground floor ensures comfortably warm feet.
The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living and dining area with light. Step out onto the over 35 m² sun terrace and let yourself be pampered by the sun and be amazed by the unique view.
Of course, the cozy, spacious kitchen in this impressive holiday home is also a real gem. Equipped with timeless wooden furniture and a cozy corner bench as well as plenty of space, the food tastes even better.
This chic holiday home has a large bathroom on the upper floor with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and a shower tray. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet that can be used as a small bathroom.
You can easily find a restful sleep in the 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds with hygienic mattress protectors.
On the large balcony on the upper floor you can also enjoy the fantastic view.
There are 2 parking spaces for your cars directly at the holiday home and 2 more at the entrance to the property. Your children can really let off steam on the large meadow in front of the house. Our street is a dead end where your children can play relaxed. At the end of the street there is a large, great playground with a soccer field, table tennis, several slides and swings, a cable car, sandpit, houses and seesaws.

Children's paradise and water park: A true children's paradise awaits you and your children only 5 minutes by car, right at the Rhön Park Hotel. Our guests can use all facilities and offers of the hotel for a fee. Spend great hours with your children in the indoor play hall 'Rudis Adventure Land', on an adventure playground, at mini golf or in the adventure pool with water slide, children's pool and sauna. Your children can take part in the extensive animation program with handicraft and creative lessons, donkey trekking, theme days, children's dance and much more and find many new friends - while you can sit back and relax. And even if the sun does not shine from the sky: table tennis, billiards, bowling alleys, the adventure pool, the children's paradise and many other highlights are guaranteed to keep boredom away!
