Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay: 1 week, except mid-July - mid-September: 2 weeks

We are on HomeAway only since 2015th However, we have rental experience since 2000 and have not received any negative feedback.
Beautifully situated house, located on the hills above the small port town of Colonia de Sant Pere in a quiet residential area.
Set in a large (50 acres) Mediterranean garden, has a breathtaking view not only of the small harbor town but on the whole coast of Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort, Alcudia to Cap Formentor in the north.
The view extends westward to the 50 km away Tramuntana; on clear days you can see the first 443 m high, often snowy Puig Major even here. Sideways is a look at the Mont Farrutx. Regularly you can here see wild goats on the rocky ledges. At night, there is absolute silence, only the crickets chirp is heard softly on warm summer nights. Since no major city located in the vicinity of the starry sky at moonless nights is fabulous.
The property is fully self-sufficient on the edge of a small quiet residential district and in addition to the garden via a large pool terrace with the above mentioned one-time views, a large heated from May to October pool and a covered outdoor barbecue grill with a large table, chairs, bar, kitchen countertop and sink.
The swimming pool has an inlaid cover against heat loss and pollution. This disappears during the day by electric control under ground. The pool is heated by solar cells, which are supported on Sun lack of a heat pump. This guarantees a pleasant water temperature of May to October. Next to the pool is a Jacuzzi with separate heating, 2 moorings and 2 seats, LED colored light etc. Also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available.

Annexe (120 sqm.): In addition also the attached annexes can be used with in which another two double bedrooms, a small kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a toilet and a large terrace are located. It has a separate entrance. A double sofa bed in the living room allows accommodate 2 more people. This apartment has a large, partially covered balcony that extends across the entire width of the apartment and from which one has the same magnificent view as from the main house.

All in all, the Fincasol a house with flair and sophisticated ambience; it is suitable for the larger family, but also two smaller groups can share the house well.
For the tour group with small children should be mentioned that it is locally two baby high chairs a foldable high chair to attach to a table, a collapsible stroller and a baby bath! A toddler bike with 2 side wheels can be provided on request.
Due to the beach-front location and near Colonia de Sant Pere, the object is ideally suited for oriented beach holiday and / or relaxation room. In Colonia, there is a small hotel, a harbor and a nice selection of restaurants, many of which lie on the traffic free beach promenade.
In Colonia, there are shops for everyday use. Supermarkets are in Manacor or Can Picafort and Arta (15 km.) And large shopping centers in Palma.(About 65 km.) A binder with information lieg available with information about doctors, hospitals, markets, etc.
The on-site house service is in Spanish, English or French. Should there be a communication problem, the owner is always available to mediate.
