Gîte Auvergne - Haute Loire
This large family stone cottage can accommodate 10 people, located between Brioude and Puy en Velay 2.5 kilometers from the RN 102, has been restored this year, and ranked 2 stars in the gites of France.

Area 180 m2. It is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave ... ..) a laundry area (washing machine, freezer), a large room to live with sitting area (TV, large sofa, chairs) and a toilet
On the first floor a bathroom (bath-shower, sink and toilet) and 3 bedrooms furnished with double bed 140cm / 190cm and wardrobe
On the second floor 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90cm / 190cm + chest of drawers - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 bed 110/190 + dresser
1 dressing room, 1 game room (library, board games, 1 television ...), 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet),
All rooms are equipped with electric heating. The large living room also has a pellet stove to warm the atmosphere pleasantly
A barbecue, a large garden furniture, a ping-pong table, a swing are available in the large enclosed courtyard.
A large covered area (60m2) with patio decks on the half will allow you to take your meals in the shade on a garden, but also to do outdoor activities in rainy weather.
