Lido di Pomposa is the beach dedicated to families par excellence, thanks to the quality services and control of the beaches and the modern bathing establishments equipped for the little ones. The Lido also offers many opportunities for young people to enjoy themselves, including the well-equipped Kartodromo Circuito Pomposa in San Giuseppe, which was transformed into a mini racetrack for Italian and international championships with the last extension of the track at 1,200 meters. About 10 km away is Comacchio, Comacchio is the most original and fascinating historic center in the Po Delta Park.
Thanks to the contrast between the sea and the mountains, Emilia Romagna offers visitors breathtaking landscapes, wonders for the eyes and for the spirit in a mixture of colors and scents of the earth, of joy, of music, of cinema, of art. Stretched between the course of the Po in the north and the Apennine mountains in the south, this region is considered one of the most fertile and productive in Italy, thanks to the influence of the Adriatic Sea which mitigates the climate in the coastal area. Lovers of the sea, the sun and fun choose the Romagna Riviera, with the longest beach in Europe. Here they can take advantage of facilities equipped also for sports and leisure.
