When we entered our room, we immediately noticed the floor was sticky. We called the front desk to have the floor cleaned. After waiting for well over an hour, we left to finally get supper. When we returned, the floor still hadn't been cleaned, so my wife cleaned it with pet wipes while I took our dogs outside. We finally got a call about cleaning the room some time after we returned from supper. The front desk asked if we still wanted service, which I told them was no longer necessary and could wait till morning since we had already cleaned the room. Whenever we walked through the hotel with our dogs (both collies, and extremely well-behaved), the staff treated us like we had brought vicious attack dogs with us.
Our checkout date was Sunday, June 2nd. The website states checkout is 11am. Our entire party (9 people total) found out all our cards were deactivated at 10am. We all needed assistance to get back into rooms after breakfast so we could depart. While rudeness was not a factor, customer service is severely lacking. We found out having a hotel ALLOW pets does NOT mean they are pet friendly. Definitely do not recommend this hotel if you wish to have a pleasant stay with your four-legged family members!
