Welcome to California Paradise! This resort style home is located in the world-famous community of La Quinta and is perfect for all your vacation needs. It's where style and sophistication meet entertainment and fun. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to Old Town La Quinta where you will find boutique shopping, as well as casual and fine dining options, California Paradise is a stunning four-bedroom, private pool, and spa, offering 2,895 square feet of luxury living. Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends with your hidden talent in Shuffleboard or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories of your vacation.
Outdoor:
Kick back in the private fully secluded courtyard complete with desert landscape, numerous areas to enjoy your company and watch a beautiful desert sunset. Start your day off with some much needed fun in the large pool while the entire family hangs out nearby or play a competitive round of Classic Bean Bag toss Game. Relax on one of the six lounge chairs while you enjoy your favorite book. Spend your evenings socializing with outdoor dinning seating for six then sit back and relax by the fire pit with seating for four. Finish off your perfect day in the warm spa with your favorite glass on wine.
'Quiet Time' in this city is effective 24 hours a day. No sound amplification is permitted outside 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 60-inch Samsung Smart television in comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan.The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a LG side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
The Family Room is where all the fun will take place. Watch or participate in numerous games such as a round of Billiards, Shuffleboard or Table Soccer. Plenty of room to hang out with seating for eight to enjoy the 53-Inch TCL with Roku Smart Television under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. Extra sleeping room with a Queen-sized sofa sleeper.
Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to Bedroom 3 and features a King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 50-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.
The detached Casita Suite 2 is located to the left of the courtyard gate and features a King-sized Bed, 35-inch television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, reach-in closet and a seating area with room for two. Casita Suite 2 features a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and coffee maker. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and a vanity sink.
Bedroom 3 is located between Bedroom 4 and Master Suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 30-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks. Bedroom 4 is located next to bedroom 3 and features a Twin Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, 32-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and built-in shelf with clothes hanger rod. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks.
The hallway powder room is located inside the Laundry room and features a pedestal sink.

Location: California Paradise is in one of the very best locations, just around the corner from Old Town La Quinta, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta, and down the street from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 20 minutes away.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in all guests being evicted without a refund.
