Other Things to Note:
No smoking and no vaping in the unit. We are pet friendly and we have a pet fee for all pets. Parking park in the one space by the front door. only one car can park in the front. if you have more then 1 car then we suggest you park on Sumpter. Facing the Front of the building, Sumpter on the right side of the building. The house is on the corner. I don't suggest parking on Walnut its busier and has busses and trucks come by.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of my guest like the modern convenience of self check in. I make it easy to arrive and check in. I am your Concierge to Charlotte area and your stay with 20 years experience and knowledge in the area, and as a host. I'm close by and can meet with any guest if needed and we make an agreed time and appointment.
I have personally met half of my guests and sometimes meet for drinks, dinner, or an event. I also give suggestions and will send event links on events, even tickets to events if available.
I like to give my guests the privacy they deserve, however, if I can be of any assistance to you before and during your stay, you may contact me via phone, text and/or email at any time.
