Enjoying an impressive elevated position overlooking the town of Criccieth and Cardigan Bay, this incredible property offers luxury holiday accommodation within easy reach of many places of interest, like the wonderful beaches of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park. This stunning home-from-home is perfectly suited to a group or family of ten. Step through the front door onto the polished concrete floor of the hallway to discover the reverse level accommodation, with three of the four bedrooms located on the ground floor. Choose from either two doubles, or a family bedroom with a double and a children’s double bunk bed built into the wall, which is reached via a quirky stainless steel ladder. All the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, so you can wake up to the elegant and stylish décor and take just a few steps to enjoy a hot shower before you begin your day. Continue exploring this wonderful property by heading up the stairs, with it’s fabulous feature wall and unique handrail made from a helicopter blade. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a gorgeous backdrop to the open-plan living space, where quality furnishings and lavish accessories create a tranquil space to unwind in after a day’s adventures. The superb German built kitchen, so stylish and well designed, is amply equipped with all the professional grade appliances you could ever need to cook a hearty breakfast, prepare picnics, or serve up a show-stopping evening meal. After your meal, rest on the huge corner sofa to watch a film on the Smart TV, or listen to some music on the fabulous integrated sound system whilst the kids play table football in the adjoining snug. The final bedroom rests on this floor, a double room with an en-suite shower room, which has the benefit of glass doors leading out to the rear patio, so you can enjoy one last quiet moment of evening sun.
