Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Welcome to The Sandpiper Cottage! This quintessential beach home has been recently refreshed! Dog friendly, this 2 bed 1 bath cottage is just a short walk to the beach at the end of the road - less than 100 feet! Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed porch or stroll to the end of the road to the Atlantic Ocean! Your pup will enjoy the fenced in yard! Walk to town or the beach the choice is yours! A/C units in the bedrooms to keep you cool, private fenced in back patio with grill and outdoor shower to wash the sand away. Free WIFI too!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you pull up to this traditional style beach cottage, you will see the ocean beckoning you at the end of the road! Beautiful mature plants and flowers great you as you walk through the white gate to this home.
You enter on the large sun porch and instantly realize this is where you will spend a good amount of your time just relaxing and people watching from your first cup of coffee to your evening libation!
To the left on the porch is a large dining table with plenty of seating for the whole family. Off to the right is a comfy couch and flat screen tv to watch the Red Sox beat the Yankees!!
As you enter the main part of the cottage through the glass slider you'll find the family room with couch, bistro table and large flat screen tv.
The kitchen is in the back of the home just through the family room to the left, with fridge, stove, microwave and all you will need to enjoy family dinners or even a clam bake!
Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen table or head out to the back patio to dine al fresco!
The fully fenced in back patio is draped with mature flowering plants, an outdoor shower, shed for your beach items, grill and ample seating! BBQ Grill is hooked up to gas line so no propane tanks needed!
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, dresser and bureau and A/C unit to keep you cool
Bedroom #2 across the hall has 2 twin beds, a closet, dresser and A/C unit to keep you cool.
Bathroom #1 is in the hallway just off the family room and has a stand up shower, toilet and sink.
For your convenience, there is a washer / dryer in basement - please use bulkhead to access from outside.
Whether you start your morning off with a traditional outdoor shower, a stroll to Zylpha beach or coffee on the porch, it's all up to you how you make memories that last a lifetime!

Max Parking: 1 car. No Parking on lawn anytime or street! There is a sign that says if you park on street you will get towed.
DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 ightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
