This expansive, pet-friendly villa in Belvedere Fogliense, Tavullia, is ideal for large families or groups seeking a peaceful countryside escape. With multiple kitchens, dining areas, and living spaces across three floors, it comfortably hosts up to 32 guests. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure a relaxing stay, while the private 250 m² terrace and fenced garden offer plenty of space to unwind.
The villa features a total of ten bedrooms, including several with en-suite bathrooms, and a mix of double, single, and bunk beds. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (open May to September), sun loungers, barbecue area, and outdoor shower. Multiple kitchens are equipped with modern appliances such as dishwashers, espresso machines, and ovens. Additional amenities include a washing room, ironing facilities, high chairs, and children’s beds, perfect for families with little ones.
