As you venture upstairs, you'll discover even more exceptional bedrooms, each equipped with its own en suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Our second-floor entertainment loft boasts more breathtaking views, and features a wet bar, foosball table and shuffleboard to create the perfect setting for some family fun! And then there's the hot tub out on the balcony, overlooking the ocean - the ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day, or just enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Steps outside is the beach, where you’ll find a cozy outdoor fire pit, picnic tables, outdoor games and patio lighting. It’s the perfect spot for you and your group to gather, relax, and take in the sweeping views of the Oregon Coast and the ocean beyond.

THIS PROPERTY IS DOG FRIENDLY!! **There is a $100 pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Unfortunately we cannot accept cats or other types of pets at this time.

• Bedroom 1: Features a luxurious King-sized bed complete with an en suite bathroom for privacy and comfort.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with 2 Queen beds (Bunk Bed), perfect for families or groups seeking flexible sleeping arrangements.
Second Floor Accommodations:
• Bedroom 3: Experience luxury with a King-sized bed, private deck, and an en suite bathroom, perfect for relaxation.
• Bedroom 4: Cozy up in our King size bed with an attached full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.
• Bedroom 5: Another elegant room features a King bed with its own full bathroom, ideal for peaceful nights.
• Bedroom 6: Perfect for groups, our upper bunkroom houses EIGHT twin bunk beds, offering a fun and comfortable sleeping arrangements!

Other things to note:
• This property does contain a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. We want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories - these devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. However, please be assured that there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or anywhere in the interior of the house.
• While we are dog-friendly, please note that your dog may not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. There is a $100 pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Unfortunately we cannot accept cats or other types of pets at this time.
• While our team works hard to keep our hot tubs operational at all times, unexpected issues may occasionally arise, and immediate repairs may not always be possible. In such cases, please understand that we cannot offer refunds for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• We may collect additional information from you after confirming your booking (usually an email address) in order to comply with local regulations and to provide the best possible experience.
