With a sunny patio and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to Utah Mountain, this casita offers a beautiful, contemporary getaway for your desert adventures. Enjoy a good night's sleep on a top-of-the-line pillow-top mattress with an adjustable, vibrating power base. Stay connected with a state-of-the-art mesh, 1GB WiFi system. The sleek gas fireplace is comforting on chilly mornings or evenings, and guests can enjoy at-home comforts as streaming capabilities/local channels on the 55-inch TV.
This casita is located in a gated community that sits alongside the (private) Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, where it enjoys views of Utah Mountain and beautiful blue sky. Whether you're a hiker, a mountain biker, or simply in search of desert relaxation, this location provides the ideal base camp. You'll be just over two miles south of Snow Canyon State Park, where you can hike Johnson Canyon, Jenny's Trail, Scout Cave, and the Hidden Pinyon Red Sands, or explore Whiptail and West Canyon by bike. The renowned Tuacahn Center For the Arts is only three miles north, the Kayenta Art Village is five miles west, and a wealth of excellent restaurants (including Black Bear Diner, Angelica's Mexican Grill, Hawaiian Poke Bowl, and Sakura) are within a six-mile drive. The stunning landscapes of Zion National Park are also just a day trip away (52 miles east).

The garage is only for storing bikes.
Please remember this is the casita portion of the home you rented. The rest of the home is off-limits, and the owners use it when they travel to St George. You go through the gate into the courtyard and enter through the door that is on the left side of the home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
