Would be open to long term rental (6 months +) at a reduced monthly rate. Nestled between palms, pineapple bushes, mango, cherry, star fruit, lemon, and Sicilian lemon-lime trees, lies the tropical oasis, Casa di Sole’.
Casa di Sole’ boasts three bedrooms (one is a private master suite with walk-in closet), 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, living room, two dining areas, family room, attached double car garage (remote garage door opener), and a lanai with cage (with windows that open to let in a nice breeze). Latest 4K televisions with antenna. Guests will need to use their Amazon Prime, Netflix or other streaming media account.
There is a small gym set up on one side of the double-car garage which includes a NordicTrack treadmill, rowing machine, stationary bike, thick yoga mat, hoola hoop, jump ropes, 1-3 lb. hand weights, 55” tv and Bluetooth CD player & exercise videos, muscle massagers and a large barrel fan to keep you cool!
In the lanai, you’ll enjoy a first-row seat on an abundantly pillowed sectional watching the suns reflection on the water slowly fade in the distance and rise in the dawn. Awash with sunlight, ample space, and quiet & secure comfortability.
This new to the rental market home has an interior reminiscent of a comfortable seaside beach cottage; one that boasts beautiful esthetics. New dishes, bed linens, bath linens beach towels. Bicycles with helmets and electric air for bike tires, a set of golf clubs, fishing rods, and crab cage are also supplied. The all-electric powered home has been modernized with properly engineered AC heating and cooling, while recently all ducting was replaced, and returns added to evenly cool or heat all areas of this home.
Guest Clubhouse & Amenity Access:
Guests will be registered to use the community's private club house facilities, complete with clubhouse heated swimming pool (90,000 gallon) and a junior Olympic pool, four tennis courts, six pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts, indoor AC racquet ball courts, a Nautilus room, an outdoor hot tub spa, picnic area, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and fishing lakes.

Ten miles from Southwest Florida International Airport, ten minutes drive to either JetBlue (Red Sox) or to the Hammond Stadium (located in the CenturyLink Sports Complex) baseball fields. Four blocks to Gulf Coast Medical Center that is among the higher rated medical hospital and Emergency Rooms complexes, also hosting nearby medical offices for most specialties. Only minutes drive to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach; amazing beaches and sunsets.

The Homeowners Association rules require prospective guests be screened in advance. This requires completion of their coincidental questionnaire and processing, please allow 14-21 days prior to your intended arrival for the forms to be provided and processed. The Homeowners Association rules only allow a minimum stay of 28 nights.

- Fort Myers Beach is about 11 miles away. Fort Myers Beach is water sport central with opportunities to parasail, kayak, fish, and a host of many other activities such as eco-tours, wave-runners, shelling, or just enjoying the beach.
- Sanibel and Captiva islands, home to some of the world’s best seashells boasting with 250 varieties. There are 15 miles of beach front, and 25 miles of biking paths. The islands are only about 20 miles away and worth the trip as the island explodes with activities for both family and independent fun.
- Naples and Marco Island are about 40 miles away and have wonderful opportunities to enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle. Wonderful restaurants and nightlife!
