Enjoy the large pool with a waterfall feature and tanning shelf, or catch some rays on one of the six lounge chairs. Grill up some lunch in the outdoor kitchen, which features a natural gas built-in barbeque, side burners, mini-fridge, sink, a television with bar height seating for six, and remote-controlled ceiling fans under the pergola. Dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 14 with remote-controlled ceiling fans under the pergola. Challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong or the bean bag toss game. After a fun-filled day, enjoy a nice soak in the spa or a cocktail in front of the propane fire pit with seating for four. Or just take in some friendly conversation at the covered table with seating for six under a remote-controlled ceiling fan. This property features an EV charger to keep your electric vehicle jucied up to take in the sites.
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a large kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 60-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas Fireplace in comfort with a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. Getaway to the Gameroom and challenge your friends and family to a game of pool that features a remote-controlled ceiling fan and seating for four.

Casita Suite 4 is located in the backyard and features a living room with a 32-inch HD television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, a double-sided natural gas fireplace, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, and a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.
