The great room offers the perfect place to relax after a day at the parks or in the pool and flows into the fully functional kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a kitchen seating area. The fantastic outdoor area features a pool, spa, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a lovely outdoor sofa sitting area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets overlooking the golf course.
As soon as you step inside this villa, you will be welcomed by a 20-foot ceiling foyer that will usher you into an elaborate living room and dining room area after a day of adventurous activities with the whole family or with your company executives, enjoys one of the comfortable sofas with a living room featuring a 75-inch SMART TV.
The chefs of the family or your private chef (after reservation, we have a preferred list of private chefs who can come to the house), will be ecstatic to prepare the gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 2 en-suites, including 4 bedrooms with 5 king-sized and 3 single beds or up to 13 single beds, and Den/Office or 11th guest sleeping room, Smart TV(your choice with our sophisticated customized bed set) and each with its ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs. Head on up to the second floor and you will find 4 more en-suites with 6 king beds 1 full size, 8 singles, or up to 17 single beds (your choice).
