Charming Villa Adria with Heated Swimming Pool
Villa Adria is a beautiful five-star villa with a spacious heated pool, accommodating up to 8 guests. Located in the picturesque and quiet village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk, it is ideal for those seeking a relaxed holiday in an authentic Mediterranean setting. Combining traditional Mediterranean design with modern elements, Villa Adria offers a comfortable interior and a well-maintained outdoor area where you will feel right at home.
If you are looking for a charming and comfortable place for your next holiday, Villa Adria is an excellent choice. The villa offers 150 m² of indoor space on a 600 m² plot. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a living room with a large leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden with a pool, and the kitchen and dining area lead directly to a large covered terrace with a table for eight and a Weber ceramic grill for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The villa has three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom – one on the ground floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms have access to outdoor areas: the ground floor bedroom opens to the garden, while the two upstairs lead to a large terrace with furniture. Each bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality Serta mattresses, wardrobes, a desk, chair, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV (43'). The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. All rooms are prepared for guests with bedding and towels, and a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The ground floor is designed without thresholds and has wider doors, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The modern kitchen has everything a cook needs: a large fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
The living room includes a cozy leather sofa and a smart TV (55'), and guests can also enjoy a DVD and CD player, a PlayStation, board games, and Wi-Fi with excellent coverage throughout the villa. The sofa can be converted into an additional bed (160x200 cm) for two extra guests.
Inside, there is a small storage room with cleaning supplies, an iron, and ironing board, while the outdoor storage includes a washing machine and extra space for any equipment guests bring with them.
To complete your vacation, the garden awaits with a heated pool, a sun terrace with six loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower. The spacious and enclosed garden is on one level, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and olive trees, you can relax by swimming or reading in the shade. There are also two parking spaces with a gate.
The villa features a central floor heating and cooling system, which, combined with the heated pool, ensures a pleasant stay even in the cooler months, making it ideal for spring or autumn holidays.
