Tucked away in a battleaxe is this very family friendly 3 bedroom home. It has everything you will need for your stay in Orange, including 3 great size bedrooms all with BIR's, a 3 way bathroom and an additional toilet.
The home also has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and A/C for year round comfort. There is also a great outdoor area which has an undercover pergola area, is private and fully enclosed for kids and pets alike.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

THE LOCATION
This unit is in a very quiet battleaxe spot right at the end of a unit complex. Families will love that it is close to Orange Botanic Gardens and Adventure Playground.
It is approx 5 minutes drive into the Orange town centre and only 4 minutes from North Orange Shopping Centre.
