Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer (in common space).
We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

-If you enjoy being outdoors, take advantage of the many parks and trails in the area. Gulfstream Park, Hallandale Beach City Park, and Oleta River State Park are all great places to go for a walk, run, or bike ride.
-If you like to shop, be sure to check out the Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino and Hallandale Beach Mall. These shopping centers offer a variety of stores, including national chains and local boutiques.
-If you enjoy eating out, there are many restaurants to choose from in the Gulfstream Estates 3 56-1 area. Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Hallandale Beach Golf Club, and The Diplomat Beach Resort are all popular restaurants in the area.
-If you are looking for recreational activities, there are several options available, including horse racing, golf, and kayaking. Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Hallandale Beach Golf Club, and Oleta River State Park are all located near the Gulfstream Estates 3 56-1 neighborhood.

Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
Mandatory house rules:
1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.
3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 11 pm to 8 am
4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
