Summary:
A dream Joshua Tree getaway awaits you in the artistic confines of this newly renovated 2200sqft hilltop retreat. Enjoy panoramic views of Yucca Valley while soaking in a 7-person hot tub, gaze at the starry night sky while laying in one of 6 comfortable hammocks, toast marshmallows by the fire pit, and enjoy a game of Bocce Ball at your private court! We also have a full-sized basketball hoop in the backyard, a cornhole set, and a fantastic board game collection. Be sure to bring your camera!!

This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and surrounded atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning to pouring a glass of wine to end your day looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard.

There's no other place quite like Joshua Tree National Park. Visitors from all over the world go to visit its famous trees and stunning landscapes and hike and climb through its many trails.
There are a few different entrances to the Park, but the house is closest to the main one, WEST ENTRANCE, off Hwy 62. This house has an amazing location! WEST is also where the Park Visitor Center is located. The NORTH entrance may have a shorter line if WEST is too busy.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

The Neighborhood:
Visitors from all over the world come to Joshua Tree National Park to see its stunning landscapes and hike and climb through its many trails. Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community, a short drive from the Park. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note:
— IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules.
If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.
We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
