There`s a king bed in the primary, queen bed in the second bedroom, queen bed in the third bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the sun room!
ENJOYMENT & CONVENIENCE: There is plenty of parking at our house, as well as free wireless internet, convenient sleeping options for many guests, and upgrades galore! Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

There are hundreds of restaurants nearby, from classic calabash seafood, to top-rated Italian, restaurants with live music on the oceanfront such as Murphy`s, Buoy`s, and Harold`s on the Ocean, and countless other choices from casual to fine dining.
World class golf courses and water sports including parasailing are just minutes away. Charter a boat for fishing, enjoy a round of mini-golf, soak in live music and beach clubs, and more. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
